Comprehensive Terms of Service

Section 1: The Role of the Platform

Flipgoo provides an online marketplace infrastructure. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the items sold through our services. We act solely as a venue; the sales contract is directly between the buyer and the seller.

Section 2: User Eligibility and Registration

• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
• Unauthorized use of accounts or security breaches must be reported immediately.

Section 3: Content and Intellectual Property

• Sellers grant Flipgoo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display their product photos and descriptions for marketing purposes.
• Counterfeit goods, digital piracy, and illegal items are strictly prohibited.

Section 4: Payments and Fees

• Transaction processing is handled by Stripe. By using our platform, you also agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.
• Service fees and commissions are deducted at the point of sale.
