There are two types of accounts: individual and business.
Individual accounts are used by people to sell both new and secondhand items. Users with this type of account can create video reels and host live selling sessions, similar to business accounts, but they operate on a more personal scale and do not require business verification.
Business accounts are specifically for small resellers and shops selling brand-new items. These accounts include verified business information, such as a legal address, and offer additional features designed to enhance business visibility and customer engagement.
When you switch between these accounts, you're simply choosing to view items from either individual sellers or verified businesses. This affects the types of products you see-ranging from personal secondhand items to new products from established businesses- and the format of content, like live sales and video reels.
1. Go to your Profile Page. Click the “Verify Identity” button.
2. In the window that opens, carefully read Stripe's privacy policy and terms. If you agree, click the “Accept and Continue” button.
3. Once your verification is successfully approved, a special badge indicating that your account has been verified will appear on your profile page. This badge is a sign of trust for other users.
Are my personal details safe?
Yes, absolutely. We conduct the identity verification process with Stripe Identity, a leader in its field with the highest security standards. All personal data you share is protected using state-of-the-art encryption methods and is used solely for the purpose of identity verification. Flipgoo does not have direct access to this information, and your data is secured in accordance with our privacy policy.

2. On the page that opens, take a clear photo of yourself or upload a photo you have prepared in advance.
3. After uploading, click Send and wait a moment. You can instantly see how the product you selected looks on you.
4. If you want to see the outfit you tried on later, you can find it in the Wardrobe section of your Profile page.
